Call for abstracts NOW open


Abstract submissions are now invited from researchers who have completed, or are conducting empirical, policy-relevant projects on crime and/or criminal justice issues. Areas of interest include (but are not limited to) crime, policing, offender rehabilitation, victimisation, addressing Aboriginal over-representation, disability and justice, corrections, juvenile justice, family and domestic violence, early intervention, and criminal justice administration. Interdisciplinary applications are welcomed.

Abstracts should be no more than 200 words in length and structured in a way that reveals the aim, method, results, conclusion of the paper. Please include your name, institutional affiliation, contact email and/or phone number. Abstracts should be submitted electronically by 28 February 2025 to: bocsar-seminars@dcj.nsw.gov.au. 

The total number of speaker spots is limited to 24. To ensure a high quality of conference presentations, presenters will be selected based on the quality, originality, and policy relevance of their research.
